Train together.

Our specialized group classes provide top-notch instruction in a small group environment. All of our classes are capped at six participants to ensure you learn proper technique and have access to hands-on coaching.

Group Classes.

Strength Basics

This class is designed with the beginner in mind and will introduce you to the basics of strength training with free weights and barbells. Learn fundamental strength exercises to help you get stronger, move better, and feel good. We’ll educate you on proper form and provide individualized coaching to give you the confidence to strength train independently. This class is open to all fitness levels.

Strength Intermediate

Develop your strength through barbell and free weight exercises, focusing on advancing your fitness and refining your technique. Train with others for that extra motivation and get valuable pointers from our experienced coaches. This class is for you if you’ve completed Strength Basics or are already experienced with squats, deadlifts, and push/pull upper body variations.

Olympic Weightlifting Basics

This class will introduce you to the snatch and clean and jerk, as well as offering basic programming to develop your technique. This class is for you if you have little-to-no experience with Olympic lifting (yet!). We recommend you have some resistance training experience with barbell exercises including overhead squats, front squats and overhead press.

Strength & Balance

Are you an adult 55+ who’s looking to use exercise to counteract declines in muscle mass, strength, posture, balance, mobility, and fitness? Maybe you simply want to get the most out of daily activities. Even if you’ve never had much time for exercise, it can become an effective and important part of keeping up your strength, mobility, and quality of life as you age. This class is a great place to start.

Circuit Training

Using minimal equipment and a mix of strength and cardio exercise, you’ll get a great workout incorporating dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX, and your own body weight! Whatever your level of fitness or circuit training experience, this class is open to you.

Exercise Series.

Our exercise series introduces you to exercises, regimens, and techniques you may be curious about. We provide education, hands-on instruction, and tips to take away.

Each month, we’ll highlight new topics including: injury prevention, intro to Olympic weightlifting, barbell technique, TRX training, vertical jump, agility, balance and posture, recovery techniques, and pre- and post-partum exercise. Check our website or social media to find out what’s being offered.

Please note that if you are experiencing pain, an acute injury, or a condition that may be worsened with physical activity, we ask you contact us first before dropping in to our exercise series.
