Volleyball Performance Training
Get stronger, faster and more resilient to handle the demands of volleyball
The Volleyball Performance Training program aims to make you stronger, faster and more resilient to handle the demands of volleyball. Athletes will receive a progressive, age-appropriate group strength and conditioning program with individual modifications, and have the option to receive extra training programs delivered through the Teambuildr app for home and gym use.
Our certified strength coaches closely supervise our small group training sessions and provide individual modifications when needed. Additional home or gym workouts to complement in-person sessions during the program will be available through the Teambuildr app.
This program is offered to all athletes 12 years old or older. Signed Pandas Club athletes are encouraged to register under Pandas Club Performance Training for club-preferred rates.
How it works.
Athletes can register for either a 1x/week or 2x/week package for the duration of the program. Once registered, athletes can book for 1 or 2 sessions per week (Sunday through Saturday), depending on their selected package.
To ensure coach availability, please book at least 12 hours in advance.
Additional sessions can also be booked at a drop-in rate of $35/session for athletes looking to train more.
Please note that packages are non-transferable to future Performance Training programs.

Pricing.
1x/week (16 week package + T-shirt): $495 + GST
2x/week (16 week package + T-shirt): $975 + GST
Extra drop-in session: $35 per session + GST
