Having worked in the health and fitness industry for 5 years, Liam understands the challenges of balancing life commitments with the desire to improve health, fitness, and athletic performance.
With this in mind, he has worked with individuals of many different backgrounds, from people who have never set foot in a gym to university level athletes. When working with clients he puts an emphasis on developing a solid foundation upon which to build a healthy lifestyle and teaches you how to build upon that foundation to achieve your goals. Liam takes a holistic approach that considers your experiences, your goals, and your lifestyle to develop fitness plans that are sustainable for the long term. Outside of the clinic he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and frequently explores Edmonton’s terrific food scene.
