Jessica always works to meet individuals “where they are at” by understanding their priorities and empowering them to reach their lifestyle, athletic, and injury recovery goals through proven nutrition strategies and personalized support. Having competed nationally for the University of Alberta Panadas’ Swim Team, Jessica brings a unique athlete-centered perspective to her role. Jessica has worked across a multitude of sport disciplines, from one-on-one counseling to team workshops, providing nutritional support to anyone from recreational to elite-level athletes. She loves to help individuals create sustainable nutrition behaviours to support their goals and everyday needs.
