Enhance strength, power and injury resilience for volleyball.

Our Pandas Club Performance Training program is carefully crafted to enhance strength, power and injury resilience for volleyball. Our approach focuses on teaching proper training techniques and motor skills to help Pandas athletes excel in training and on the court. Let us help elevate your game through a progressive, age-appropriate strength and conditioning program.

Our certified strength coaches closely supervise our small group training sessions and provide individual modifications when needed. Additional home or gym workouts to complement in-person sessions during the program will be available through the Teambuildr app. 

This program is offered to signed Pandas Club athletes 12 years old or older, in partnership with Pandas Volleyball Club. Returning Connect athletes who have registered in a previous program are also eligible for preferred pricing. Athletes playing with other clubs should see Volleyball Performance Training for program and registration details.

How it works.

Step 1: Register
Sign up for your 1x/week package for the program’s duration. 

Step 2: Book Your Sessions
Once registered, you can schedule one session per week (Sunday through Saturday) that fits your schedule. The day of the week doesn’t need to stay the same—feel free to choose a different session each week based on your availability.

Want More Training?
For more flexibility, additional sessions can be booked at a drop-in rate of $25 per session.

To ensure coach availability, please book sessions at least 12 hours in advance.

January 5 – May 10, 2025 (18 weeks) – All sessions are held at Connect Physiotherapy & Exercise

Session Times:

Sunday | 9:30-10:30am

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday | 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday | 9:30-10:30am

Pricing.

1x/week (18 week package + T-shirt): $375 + GST

Extra drop-in session: $25 per session + GST

Prorated fees are available for athletes registering after the initial start date.

Please note that packages are non-transferable to future Performance Training programs.
