How to Take Part.

Run schedule

Wednesday Evening.

6:00pm / 5km

Saturday Morning.

10:00am / 10km

Note: If your warm-up includes rolling and/or stretching the clinic is available 10-15min prior to the run. Run pace is between 5:00min – 6:00min per km for 5km and 6:00min – 7:00min per km for 10km. All participants must fill out a waiver prior to starting.
